Hi, I’m Vanessa, a counselling therapist specialising in supporting couples and individuals through the complexities of relationship challenges.

Whether you’re struggling with communicating with your partner, infidelity, sexual trauma, anxiety around sex or feelings of shame and guilt, my goal is to offer a genuine, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you can begin to heal.

I understand that discussing sex & relationship challenges can feel daunting and vulnerable especially if you come from a culture or background where these topics are taboo. You might worry about judgement, experience conflicting emotions, or face cultural barriers. My approach is to welcome all your feelings and provide a compassionate environment where you can explore and address these issues openly.

In our sessions, I aim to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. My therapy room is a warm, inclusive space where empathy and authenticity guide our work together. I believe in the resilience and strength within each person and strive to empower you to overcome challenges and grow.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally sensitive, tailored to fit your unique needs and circumstances. You don’t have to navigate these difficult emotions alone. I’m here to help you process your experiences, alleviate some of the weight you’re carrying, and support you and your partner in finding a path forward.

I would be honored to be a part of your journey towards healing, understanding, and renewed connection, fulfilling relationship and sexual intimacy.

Hi, my name is Kenzie, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who offers counselling to individuals and couples.

I understand that navigating the challenges of relationships and intimacy can be difficult. My goal is to create a safe space for you to share, grow, and embrace vulnerability in your connections. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of relationships, unravel knots, and foster the connections you crave– no pressure, just genuine commitment to your well-being.

Gender and sexuality aren’t one-size-fits-all concepts. They are personal, diverse, and include a myriad of expressions and identities. Sexuality is a natural aspect of the human experience, and there’s no shame in celebrating it. Gender is a complex, multifaceted, and important form of self-expression. So, in a society that often shrouds sexuality and gender-diverse identities in secrecy or shame, let’s choose openness. I encourage you to come as you are in our sessions and I will meet you where you are in your journey.

Hi, I’m Harp, a Mental Health Therapist that works with individuals and couples who need more than whats going on.

Are you feeling disconnected in your relationship? Struggling to communicate with your partner about intimacy or sex? Maybe you feel that the baggage from past experiences or cultural taboos has made sex a difficult or even taboo topic in your life. You’re not alone.

In our culture, no one escapes having some form of sexual injury as Stephen Braveman aptly puts it, whether it’s due to past harassment, avoidance, or the way we were taught (or not taught) about sex growing up.

I get it we all grow up with different sex and intimacy naratives. How did you learn about sex? Was it an open conversation, or a secret you had to unravel on your own? How were relationships modeled to you by your parents or caregivers? These early experiences shape our understanding of intimacy and can create complex challenges in our adult relationships.

I’m here to help you navigate these complexities. I use an eclectic, anti-oppressive, decolonized, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. This means I draw from various evidence-based modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and experiences.

Hey, I’m Brooklyn, and I’m so happy you are here. Whatever brings you to this space, whether it is trouble in relationships, concerns about your sexuality, or everyday feelings of distress, discomfort, or disconnection, know that you’ve come to the right place.

I believe that relationships, mental health and sex are crucial parts of our well-being and happiness, yet are often the very topics that we get told to keep to ourselves. I am committed to creating a safe and accepting space for you to explore yourself and your relationships (poly-friendly) with openness, honesty, and vulnerability. I hold a special passion for working with individuals or couples who struggle with self-esteem concerns, religious/ sexual trauma, and sexual self-confidence. Other areas I support are anxiety, depression, boundaries, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, navigating sexual desires (Kink and BDSM friendly) and relationship dynamics.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all faiths and cultural backgrounds and those who are part of the LGBTQ2S+, BDSM and Ethical Non-monogamy communities. I honour people from all walks of life and communities; acknowledging that each community be it racial, cultural, locational or sexual has its own beliefs, values and traditions related to relationships, individuality and intimacy. Talking about relationships and sex can be difficult, but we will work together to examine and reconstruct parts of your life that are no longer fulfilling you.

My approach to therapy is rooted in relational and attachment-based knowledge; as relationships are how we come to know ourselves, and the world, survive and grow. I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, holistic and sex-positive perspective. This boils down to the idea that together, we will examine the messages you have received with compassion and curiosity to see if they are still serving you.

Hey, I’m Jayme,

Life is a journey filled with many changes, challenges, and transitions. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, relationship upheaval, personal growth, or another significant life event, these moments may evoke emotions (such as sadness, joy, anger, fear, disgust) or otherwise be unsettling.

During our work together, you’ll find that I’m deeply invested in understanding what truly matters to you as individuals and that I tailor my approach to your goals. I believe that everyone who seeks therapy possesses inherent strengths, aspirations, and desires, even amidst their obstacles and challenges.

By exploring what’s most important to you, including the aspects you may not initially favour, we can gain insight into where you want to be in life and collaboratively develop a roadmap to get there. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who feel stuck in a repetitive loop but have a yearning for freedom from this cycle. In my experience, tapping into one’s emotions can be a powerful motivator for meaningful, positive change. After all, conflict and struggle when an individual is well-resourced, can also lead to tremendous growth, and insight.

No matter where you currently find yourself on this journey, we can start from that point and proceed at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore a direction that aligns with your values, needs and aspirations, allowing you to navigate the complexities of life and relationships with greater clarity and resilience.

Hi, I am Erin, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who works with individuals and couples looking for an open and non-judgemental space to explore their concerns.

Whether this is your first time or your fifth time seeing a therapist, opening up to someone new is never easy. Oftentimes an environment where we feel safe and secure can help us grow into our authentic selves and build resiliency. My goal is to be that place for you.

I understand that, depending on where we are or who we are with, being our authentic selves might not always feel safe. Whether you are struggling with your sexuality, your mental health, your gender, or your relationships, I strive to create that open and non-judgmental space for you to explore who you are. I also understand that trauma can impact how we feel safe in our bodies and our environment. My hope is that together we can untangle those threads that tie our bodies to our trauma and find a way to live more authentically and free in who we are.

We all come from different walks of life, and I am committed to honouring wherever you are in your personal journey. I do this by taking a person-centred and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. Part of my authenticity is using humour. Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy or serious all the time. Sex can be tough to talk about, so let’s have some fun with it! For times when you’re feeling like you might benefit from some new skills, I use a cognitive-behavioural approach to get to the root of how your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions can best serve you and your goals.

Hi, I’m Kingsley, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist & Counselling Therapist that works with individuals and couples who feel stuck and need more in life.

I get it, sometimes things don’t work but yours has gone a little longer than usual. Perhaps you’re grappling with sexual pain, trauma, shame coupled with performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, low sexual desire and mismatched sexual desires with your partner. And sometimes, it just seems like your partner doesn’t quite grasp how sexually disconnected you are and how deep your loneliness runs or how raw your pain feels.

Maybe it’s co-parenting, the same old argument loop and communication and/or betrayal (infidelity) in your relationship - the pain has been following you for some time now, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself, and your partner and maybe even contemplating separation. Or no relationship seems to work for you, and you wonder what am l doing wrong? Am I not enough?

And let’s not forget that your mental health worsens from attachment issues, relationships, childhood experiences and trauma. Living life fully has been hard; it now all feels like a stage act.

I’m still with you, and l know things don’t always work, but yours has taken longer. And here you are….
